You have already done such an awesome job in losing so much weight! That the speed of weight loss would go down was to expected, and I can understand about the tuna, but you are really doing well and I cross my fingers that you will reach your goal! However, from own experience I can tell you that in the end, looking back,  it does not matter how long it took, so keep on going, go, go, go!</description>
