I think you were on the right track as you said lowering calories and running/cycling helped. Often fat loss starts in the upper body making the overall appearance even worse when you need to lose belly fat. Just keep at it and the tummy will follow! Unfortunately genetics determine where we put on weight first and it&#039;s the same spot that we lose weight last, but still also that fat can be lost!</description>
