There are many temptations around

When you are on diet and have reduced your calorie intake, you sometimes can not adhere to it because there is many temptations around. Or on special occasion you just don’t want to sit there with a few broccolis on your plate, it’s the neighbors barbecue party or a function at work.

Lose weight more quickly

Or you want to lose weight more quickly and instead of reducing calories even further which might even send your body into starvation mode, you decide to do some exercises to burn those calories.
