A Diet on autopilot … that would be nice!

 People who need to lose weight are constantly seeking new diets that work. The problem isn’t really finding a diet that works, but rather to be able to stick to it, to make it part of your lifestyle, to put your diet on autopilot so to speak.

My husband has always told me, he does not know what all the fuss is about in dieting. Everyone who can figure out that one plus one is two, must be able to see that if you want to lose weight, you simply must eat less.

Weight loss: Simple, but not Easy

True, it’s simple, but not easy. Knowing that you need to eat less and and actually doing it is two different things, and most diets or diet plans don’t address the later one which is why so many people fail their weight loss goals.

If you belong to those who are constantly looking for the one magic diet (or worse diet pill) that allows you to keep on eating chocolate cake, oily pizza, burgers and fries etc. while losing weight without effort at the same time, … well keep on dreaming, or better: get realistic!
