Often the blood sugar drops then to an even lower level as it was initially which quickens subsequently your appetite. And that is certainly a condition that you would want to avoid when being on diet!

Foods from this category you must try to eliminate totally from your food plan! The reason is that the high sugar content primes the body’s insulin response, which in turn opens so to speak your body’s cells to take up the sugar – and in this case also the fat! You see, the calories from foods high in sugar and fat go directly onto your hips! Or wherever …
Examples:
foods high in sugar and fat are: potato chips, french fries, cakes and tarts, chocolate, white bread with butter etc.
Now, that you know what food to avoid to lose weight, you might wonder what there is left to eat? I know, it first seems like that, but there is still plenty of choice. Stick to lean protein, lots of vegetables, low fat products and for the carbohydrates, opt for the whole grain versions and try to limit the portion size. And to make you life easier while dieting, better focus on what delicious food you still can eat and not what food to avoid to lose weight!

thanks for this great article I’ve been having a hard time avoiding those food. I think the best way to avoid it is by curing your eating disorder.
Besides avoiding sugars and other types of starches, try to have whole grains. Whole grains as of Brownberry bread, barley and buckwheat. If consumed too much, then there will be a problem with the bowels which blocks it. So proportion is key in this habit of change in your diet. Yes, it is key to disregard those sugars, especially high fructose corn syrup, which is found in pretty much everything. Sodas, bakery, alcohol (more than 2 glasses), and the stress levels in the routine of your daily life has great affects on the body inside and out. Most importantly drink the water, it helps transport those nutrients, and get blood moving, which gives you a boost, an energy that you don’t want to loose contact with. I am changing my ways right now. I am 19 years old. 160 lbs. Muscular, I have a little pudge, but have been latley since I am in college, eating a bit too much pasta and starches, not good. You are what you eat, and I do not need to be a dough girl.
