VIDEO: Free Diet Plans – How To Find Free Diet Plans
Diet planning 5: Find free diet plans
Once you have done all the calculation and have established your daily calorie limit, the next step would be to find free diet plans that fit to your calorie limit.
In our example from the previous videos we had calculated that Sonya Sunshine needs to create a calorie deficit of 1,000 calories per day to lose 10 pounds over 5 weeks. With her current maintenance level being about 2,000 calories, that left her at only 1,000 per day.
As that is a bit little and not so easy to stick to over 5 weeks, she will go for 1,200 calories per day but therefore exercise another 200 calories off each day. Now she needs to find free diet plans which offer meal plans providing 1,200 calories per day.
The below video shows you how to find these free diet plans for different amounts of calories needed per day. Alternatively you can look for ways to cut the amount of calories which equal your daily calorie deficit.

Very well said, I agree with you. Just to add on what you said, healthy eating is a common sense guide to nutrition basics and portion control. Eating to lose weight doesn’t have to mean stressful calorie counting and precise measurements. You can lose weight without obsessing about what you can and can’t eat. Often the cravings we get are a result of stress, anxiety or another emotional event. Learning to effectively deal with these moments without tranquilizing yourself with food can make a big difference in your ability to lose weight.
