The Sedona Method was developed by Lester Levenson, who was at the age of 42, after his second massive heart attack sent home to die. Facing death, Lester started his quest to find happiness. He first reviewed all he had learned in life about getting happy and finally tried to find his way to happiness and peace within.

He discovered that what was preventing him from being happy were negative emotions, or rather holding onto these negative emotions and his desire to control them, which he couldn’t.

He found a simple, yet very effective way to eliminate negativity from his life using 3 basic questions:

Could I let this feeling go?

Would I let this feeling go?

When?

Going through this process, he was able to dissolve negative emotions about past events and beliefs. After a few months, he found not only happiness, joy and peace, also his body was totally healed and he lived for another 42 years.

What sounds like a weired story about a man facing death, has become a recognized method to deal with unwanted feelings. Today, the Sedona Method is used in company training events even by many Fortune 500 companies.

Make use of this powerful method to stop cravings for food! It is easy to use and is extremely beneficial when you don’t know how to stop your cravings in that very moment. Sedona Method is the answer. Try it!
