Quick Weight Loss Tips
Often, I get asked about quick weight loss tips. From my personal experience I found two factors being most important to see results quickly.
1. Quick Weight Loss Tip: Create a huge calorie deficit!
To lose weight fast you will need to create a huge calorie deficit and to achieve this you have two main options: eating minimal calories and burning more calories through exercise. Taking this to an extreme would mean going on a fast while running a marathon every day. This is neither realistic nor advisable! While a fast, like the master cleanse, is a quick way to lose weight and detox, it is usually only meant for shorter periods of time and it is fairly hard to do.
2. Quick Weight Loss Tip: Reduce Carbohydrates!
Another way to lose weight quickly maybe the Atkins diet. In fact, from my own experience I can say that I lost weight the fastest on Atkins diet. This has been years ago but it really was very effective, the only trouble I had was I couldn’t stay on Atkins forever. I can stay off carbohydrates for a while, especially if you see the success on the scale, but as a lifestyle it wasn’t for me.
Reducing carbohydrates certainly speeds up weight loss and even if Atkins is not for you, having some starches here and there doesn’t through you off the bandwagon. I know Atkins has quite a bad reputation in the media, but it works and it is healthy when you are not overdoing your meat intake which could harm your kidneys in the long run.
Atkins is often mistaken as only being about eating fatty meat, but eating a lean chicken breast with non-starchy vegetables and an avocado is Atkins and it is healthy. And if you are having occasionally a portion starches with it or going out for a pizza it might not be Atkins any more, but it will allover still be pretty effective for fast weight loss.
In conclusion, my most important quick weight loss tips are:

The more of both you do, the quicker you will lose weight! On the other side, the more of both you do, the harder it gets to implement these dietary changes into your lifestyle. Losing weight takes a lot of perseverance and discipline. Diets do work in a certain amount of time but if you want a long term results then it goes beyond mere diet.
Agree with Jeff Cross, to be a successful weight loser, tons of effort and determination is essential. And other than changing our diet into a balance and healthy diet, we will also need to exercise regularly.
