What is the best diet pill on the market is a though questions as in my opinion there are no good diet pills at all! Sorry to be so blunt about that topic, but there are not any good diet pills available. It is funny how we are all looking for the magic pill that makes us drop the pounds without any effort on our part. Like ordering a Big Mac with large french fries, a big coke and some ice cream as desert, and oh please, can I also have one of that pills that suck up all the calories from that meal?

We all know it doesn’t work that way. But not only that, not enough that diet pills are ineffective, worse is that they can actually harm your body. Maybe you don’t mind feeling a little bit nauseous or experiencing some abdominal pain, and maybe a bit of fecal incontinence is not all that embarrassing (well …), but surely you don’t want to risk hypertension, palpitations or impotence?

Apart from the health risk, what is the gain (or loss) from taking diet pills anyway? Luckily most people do not opt for diet pills or give up on them soon for the above reasons. However, what is almost as bad is that they are now looking for the magic diet scheme, the food plan that if you only combine carbs and protein in a certain way and have three tsp full of olive oil per day while peeing on a four-leaf clover at full moon, that food plan allows them to continue their all-you-can-eat lifestyle while the pounds are falling off.
